the Shins have finally announced a January 23rd release date for their next full length Wincing the Night Away. I know it’s just setting myself up for disappointment, but I’m really looking forward to the album.

Why do you think by getting excited for the shins new album, you would be setting yourself up for disaster. Is it because you can’t see how it could be as good as the first album?
